2. Handcrafted Quality Assurance
For all handcrafted items, I will personally record a short preview video of your specific piece before shipping. This will be sent to your contact email or Instagram DM to ensure you are 100% happy with the item before it heads your way.
3. Shipping & Discounts
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Special Offer: Enjoy a HKD $50 discount on shipping for orders over HKD $500. (The discount will be applied automatically or via a specific code if provided).
4. Alternative Payment (USDT/Crypto)
While we use PayPal/Stripe for standard checkout, we are crypto-friendly! If you prefer to pay via USDT, please do not complete the checkout here. Instead, contact me directly via Instagram DM or the contact form on this site to arrange the transfer.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of these items, all sales are final. However, if there is any damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging.
